About the Role

The successful applicant will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional gaming experience for our members and guests. Our team of experts creates and implements promotional events and activities that bring people together and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host bingo, hoi, raffles, and other games to create a lively atmosphere.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Maintain compliance with club and government regulations at all times.
  • Set up and pack down promotions and gaming activities efficiently.
  • Facilitate gaming promotions and games while promoting cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a passion for creating unique experiences, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar position is highly regarded, but not essential. Availability on weekends and reasonable hours during the week are a must.

Certifications Required

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) certifications are mandatory for this role.
