Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator
Job Description:- Collaborate with the CSR employee resource group/committee, brand team and leadership team to co-ordinate the creation and delivery of a CSR strategy.
- Engage others in CSR activities and encourage long term learning and development of others to make CSR part of everyone's knowledge and skill set.
- Gain support for the CSR agenda by persuading and convincing others, understanding their needs and influencing them to accept and agree with the CSR strategy.
- Work with internal teams to support the club's objectives, ensuring the CSR strategy goals are met.
- Organise and schedule events, activities and resources, setting up and monitoring schedules, timescales and plans.
- Gather data, analyse issues and break them down into their component parts, making systematic and rational judgements on the success of CSR activities.
- Previous CSR experience within a corporate environment.
- Knowledge in the field of sustainability and corporate and societal responsibility.
- Ability to co-ordinate several ongoing projects and establish a mechanism and strategy to engage employees.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist the club's liaison with charities and supporters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all colleagues, committees and senior team.
