Customer Banking Specialist

To deliver exceptional customer experiences and support, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound enquiries within a defined product range, across various customer touchpoints. Full training and support will be provided to assist you with your journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion customer-centric improvements and be the voice of the customer.
- Verify and update online applications, and make recommendations for account and consumer lending approvals.
- Identify opportunities to review customers' banking needs and support product and service offerings.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new customers and maintain existing relationships.
- Collaborate with team members and support customers across all touchpoints.
