To deliver exceptional customer experiences and support, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound enquiries within a defined product range, across various customer touchpoints. Full training and support will be provided to assist you with your journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion customer-centric improvements and be the voice of the customer.
  • Verify and update online applications, and make recommendations for account and consumer lending approvals.
  • Identify opportunities to review customers' banking needs and support product and service offerings.
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new customers and maintain existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members and support customers across all touchpoints.
