About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our Disability Employment Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed monthly KPIs, and championing MAX as an employment service partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and success
  • Lead and manage a team of operational staff to achieve business objectives
  • Promote and foster strong relationships with host organisations, RTOs, community organisations, and other stakeholders
  • Provide contractual and technical support to operational staff
  • Review and refine operational plans to ensure successful outcomes
About You
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Ability to build effective relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Good business acumen and budgetary skills
  • Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card and a National Police check
  • Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment
