Strategic Talent Development Professional
We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to drive the development and implementation of volunteer attraction strategies across aged care and community programs.
The successful candidate will build relationships with local churches, community groups and partner organisations, manage onboarding and support processes for volunteers, and collaborate with program leaders to forecast volunteer needs and improve retention.
Key responsibilities include assisting the People and Culture team with workforce data analysis and reporting, providing insights into volunteer and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions, supporting the development of dashboards and tools to track recruitment and engagement metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition.
Requirements include experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or HR analytics, strong communication and relationship building skills, confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.), and ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
