Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist Overview:The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-volume recruitment strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This will involve working closely with hiring managers to source and appoint diverse talent, while also identifying and monitoring local labour market trends. Responsibilities:• Develop and lead the implementation of a high-volume recruitment strategy across ANZ
• Partner with hiring managers to source and appoint diverse talent across the branch network
• Proactively identify and monitor local labour market trends and map key talent across competitors or transferable businesses
• Educate and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and recruitment philosophy, policy, and process
 Requirements:• 10+ years of experience in recruitment leadership, with a strong background in high-volume recruitment strategies
• Strong knowledge of contemporary recruitment and HR practices, including design and implementation of strategic recruitment plans
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams of recruiters and hiring managers
