About the Role:

The Marketing and Growth Strategist will join a talented team, working in partnership with marketing specialists to maximise efficient customer growth and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer First: Foster growth and ultimately acquire and maintain customer engagement within subscription programs.
  • Creative Ideas: Contribute to creative strategies for owned channels and relevant audiences to sell prize home experiences.
  • Data Mindset: Analyse campaign performance using sales data tools to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Attention to Detail: Review communications to ensure they meet product descriptions and regulatory requirements.
  • Channel Development: Collaborate on the development, execution, and reporting of owned channel marketing calendars to enhance revenue performance and customer lifetime value.
  • Team Culture: Build strong relationships through excellent communication and stakeholder management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related fields (desired)
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a customer-focused or similar role
  • A proven ability to develop effective direct marketing campaigns from ideation through to execution
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with a track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on data insights
  • A strong track record in running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of CRM technology like Braze, Stripo, or similar tools (a plus, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
