Senior Learning Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Learning Strategist. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills in developing and implementing comprehensive learning frameworks aimed at enhancing organisational capabilities.

About the Role

This is a full-time role based in Sydney, Australia. As a Senior Learning Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a TSAAC-wide learning framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilising Eva Burrows College courses.
  • Engaging with various departments to conduct training needs assessments, identifying learning requirements based on organisational, occupational, and individual needs.
  • Creating initiatives to develop current leaders and prepare future leaders within the organisation.
  • Establishing pathways for emerging talent, ensuring a well-trained pipeline of leaders.
  • Designing, implementing, and managing training programs for managerial staff, utilising contemporary learning and delivery styles and leveraging TSA L&D team frameworks.
  • Collaborating with Clinical Nurse Educators to ensure a cohesive approach to TSAAC-wide learning.
  • Setting up and tracking KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs.
  • Providing regular reporting on training and development metrics to senior management, including compliance rates, training ROI, and future needs.
About You

We are looking for a tertiary qualified professional in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development at a leadership level. Additionally, you will possess:

  • Experience in the aged care industry (or healthcare sector) is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
