As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's workforce planning and recruitment efforts.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer, ensuring that we attract and engage top talent for our open positions.

About the Role
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies through content, events, and campaigns.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
- Track key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and headhunting of top talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and other team members.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
