As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's workforce planning and recruitment efforts.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies through content, events, and campaigns.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and headhunting of top talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and other team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
