Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive meaningful change on programs across sectors;
  • Develop and execute business transformation strategies aligned with a purpose of building a better working world;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Drive business growth by delivering successful outcomes for both clients and communities;
  • Contribute to strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business transformation projects;
  • Strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative solutions;
  • Hands-on experience across business transformation projects, including strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong lasting relationships with all stakeholders involved.
