At the forefront of our organization, we seek a highly accomplished transformation leader to spearhead our client's Federal Government Department in driving impactful change across the organization.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading complex business, IT, and change initiatives. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading organizational change programs with strategic alignment
  • Monitoring program performance and driving awareness of opportunities to expand successes or improve offerings
  • Managing the program's governance and assurance processes with efficiency

You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to influence cultural change across large organizations and/or government departments. Your exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills will enable you to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in program management, delivery, and benefits realization skills
  • Extensive experience as a senior executive in a Commonwealth or State government agency leading transformational change
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, including presenting to various audiences
