Job Title:

Transformation Leader

Overview:

A dynamic opportunity exists for a Transformation Leader to support staff transition to new ways of working with new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project change management and communications plans.
  • Design communications and engagement materials.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and business change impact analysis.
  • Evaluate business readiness for change.
  • Build stakeholder relationships.
  • Facilitate productive discussions and workshops with staff and stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders in adopting the change.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Change Manager or within a communications role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple messages for various audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Capable of delivering engagement strategies and change plans.
  • Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis.
  • Good business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and schedules simultaneously.

Work Environment:

Based in Canberra, ACT.

Contract position.

Flexible working options available.

PR or Citizen required.

14 months contract duration.

Daily Rate: AU$1100 - AU$1150/day.
