Job Overview

Pega seeks a transformative leader to join its consulting team. The Client Transformation Partner plays a critical role in contributing to the success of engagements through industry knowledge, leadership, and program execution skills.

This individual thrives on engaging with customers, driving their business forward, and challenging the status quo. They understand the public sector and managing technology programs within this environment.

The successful candidate will have industry knowledge and first-class leadership skills, allowing them to engage with and influence clients. This leader is looked to for direction in a crisis, faces adversity head-on, and is energized by tough challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide trusted advice to the client on all aspects of Pega delivery engagement, leading communication and providing thought leadership.
  2. Develop multi-threaded executive relationships across the organization, enabling improved outcomes, accelerated value, and uncovered new opportunities.
  3. Shape solutions with compelling vision, resulting in expansion of our relationship and business value to the customer.
  4. Lead pursuit teams across all service lines in close partnership with license account teams and executive leadership.
  5. Develop program solutions/proposals that result in transformation roadmaps and appropriate governance and operating models to ensure rapid and sustained value realization.
  6. Advise on Pega's delivery methodology and how it can be harmonized with a client's methodology.
  7. Lead and manage program teams, drive the operating model, provide career growth for people, create a healthy program culture consistent with Pega Values, and model great leader qualities.
  8. Drive program operations, overseeing transformative program of work including but not limited to Steer Co, Program Status Reports, Program P&L, people management.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree (desired).
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant professional services/consulting leadership/advisory roles.
  • Scrum Certification or other project management certification with experience to demonstrate delivery success.
  • Specialization in an industry vertical or multiple verticals, and a thorough understanding of customer strategies, processes, vocabulary, and trends, and design thinking.
