Job Title: Transformation Leader

A key role in driving organisational change programs is available for a highly experienced and skilled Transformation Leader. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of project managers, business analysts, technical personnel, and program support officials to deliver a complex transformational change program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing organisational change strategies.
  • Maintaining awareness of opportunities to expand successes or improve offerings and driving performance monitoring.
  • Managing the governance and assurance processes of the program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in delivering large-scale complex business IT and change programs with an emphasis on achieving successful business outcomes.
  • A proven track record in program management delivery and benefits realisation skills across multiple projects within a large program of work.
  • Senior executive experience in government agencies leading transformational change.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to influence cultural change across large organisations and/or government departments.
