We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to drive impactful change initiatives and spearhead organisational transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the complexity of organisational changes and develop tailored support strategies for impacted groups.
  • Craft and implement comprehensive change management plans, ensuring seamless delivery of program objectives and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with Communications and Engagement teams to design effective communication plans, fostering stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
  • Evaluate organisation readiness and risk levels for program initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Identify training needs and oversee the development and delivery of training programs, equipping end-users and staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Act as a trusted coach and internal change consultant, supporting project resources, leaders, managers, and teams throughout the transformation journey.
Essential Criteria
  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives using established industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Extensive experience driving organisational change on large-scale IT projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences.
  • Prior experience with complex organisational change efforts, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Change management certification or designation is highly valued.
  • Ability to collect and report data-driven insights on change and people experiences.
