Job Title: Transformation Leader

Are you a seasoned program manager looking to take your skills to the next level? Do you have experience leading complex transformation programs for government clients?

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation programs with our federal government clients in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programs to deliver major IT change for enterprise clients as a Program Director or Senior Program Manager
  • Engage with client executives to ensure appropriate governance of programs and help them navigate change
  • Manage a group of project managers who oversee 50-300 project members across multiple streams of work
  • Manage multiple subcontractors to deliver major change programs as a consortium or prime contractor
  • Be responsible for program financials and scheduling of multi-million dollar programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold an active clearance of NV1 as a minimum
  • Be an Australian citizen
  • Have very strong program management disciplines, working closely with PMO, contract management, account teams, and client to drive programs to meet schedule and budget objectives
  • Have a deep understanding of commercial contracts, working with contract management, and managing DXC's obligations under the contract
