The Role
We require a seasoned professional with 1 year of restaurant management experience to oversee all aspects of fine dining operations. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a skilled front-of-house team to deliver flawless service standards.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to synchronize food preparation and presentation with service delivery.
- Develop and implement service standards and procedures to meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
- Manage budgets and financial targets, including forecasting and reporting, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including health and safety and food safety requirements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve service standards and guest experiences.

Requirements
- 2+ years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining operations.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and operational skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
- Ability to assist in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments.

What We Offer
