About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests at Cape Lodge, a part of Fiveight Hospitality. Located in Western Australia's renowned Margaret River wine region, our award-winning restaurant offers a unique opportunity for a professional with a passion for hospitality to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, service standards, and financial performance.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service synchronization with food preparation and presentation.

• Develop and implement service standards and procedures to consistently meet or exceed guest expectations.

• Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and partners.

• Manage budgets and financial targets, including forecasting and reporting, while driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including health and safety, liquor licensing, and food safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry, with a focus on high-level restaurant operations.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
