Restaurant Operations Manager

Cape Lodge, part of Fiveight Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the RoleWe require a seasoned restaurant professional with 2+ years of experience in senior management roles. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, service standards, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of front-of-house staff to ensure impeccable service and exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to synchronize service with food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement service standards and procedures to maintain high-quality dining experiences.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and partners.
- Manage budgets and financial targets, forecasting and reporting, while developing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including health and safety, liquor licensing, and food safety.
- Foster a positive team culture and develop training programs to improve service standards and guest experiences.
- 2+ years of experience in senior management roles in the hospitality industry, focusing on high-level restaurant operations.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and operational skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year.
