About the Role
We are looking for a skilled individual with a strong background in providing exceptional service to customers. As a Fine Dining Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Order Taking and Food Service: Take accurate and efficient orders, provide menu recommendations as needed, and serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, handle payments and manage cash transactions, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Team Player: Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and service areas, and contribute positively to the team's overall performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Availability: Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and available for immediate start.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $66,000 - $74,000 per year, and as a Fine Dining Service Professional, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in the hospitality industry.
Essential Requirements
- Must have a Police Clearance.
- Must be trustworthy, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
- Be available to work varied shifts, days, nights, and weekends.
