Customer Service Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Suncorp Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process claims and provide support to customers with existing claim enquiries.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers who have experienced loss or damage to their property and/or contents.
  • Contribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritises people, customers, risk, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and effectively convey complex information.
  • High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations.
