Building Insurance Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced claims coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the successful completion of insurance repair claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocating repairs to our panel of subcontractors and ensuring timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
- Managing job delivery and overseeing the tendering process to obtain the most cost-effective solutions for projects.
- Stakeholder management and communication with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Managing a portfolio of claims and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administration or scheduling role within building, construction, or maintenance industries.
- Strong administration and scheduling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or exposure to other computer systems.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A current driver's license and willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
