About the Role

The Fleet Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our fleet management activities. This involves coordinating administrative tasks related to vehicle acquisition, maintenance, scheduling, and reporting.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure our fleet is properly managed, maintained, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

This position is ideal for someone located in Clayton or the Southeast Melbourne area, who can report directly to the National Fleet Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and generate performance reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Support fuel card programs, monitor expenses, and manage purchase orders to optimize fleet operations.
  • Administer fleet management systems and maintain asset records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage fleet-related queries, coordinate resolutions, and improve customer experience through effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in administrative roles, ideally within logistics, transportation, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement quality systems and establish efficient processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fleet management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
