The Logistics division at Visy is seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support the efficient operation of fleet management activities. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks related to vehicle acquisition, maintenance, scheduling, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will be located in Melbourne's South area and report directly to the National Fleet Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate fleet records and generating performance reports.
  • Supporting fuel card programs, monitoring expenses, and managing purchase orders.
  • Administering fleet management systems and maintaining asset records.
  • Managing fleet-related queries, coordinating resolutions, and improving customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you will require extensive experience in administrative roles, preferably within logistics or transportation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fleet management software is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
