IT Support Specialist for Hybrid Work Environment

The Drive Group is a growing MSP seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their service desk team. Based in Bella Vista, this role offers a hybrid work-from-home arrangement with the flexibility to choose between an office or field-based position.

As a Level 2/3 Support Engineer, you will be working across multiple technical areas, including endpoints, servers, and networks. Your key responsibilities will include configuring, troubleshooting, and remediating issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure, and more. You will also provide remote support for servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for supporting clients across the Level 2 and Level 3 space as needed, acting as a liaison between the client and our technical teams.
  • Your duties will include supporting endpoints, servers, and networks, as well as configuring, troubleshooting, and remediating issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure, and more.
  • You will provide remote support for servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should have experience in a similar role, preferably within an MSP environment, and hold relevant certifications such as Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune. A current Australian driver's license is also essential.
