Rehabilitation Specialist for NSW Employers

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Quality and Capability Team at Work Rehab, supporting New Employer services within Icare NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of rehabilitation service delivery at Work Rehab.
This opportunity can be based in Sydney or any location in New South Wales, offering flexible working arrangements. You will conduct quality assurance tasks, such as report QA, closure reviews and file audits; develop and update supporting documentation and templates; provide specific account training to consultants; and oversee learning and development initiatives.
You will also have a reduced billable target to allow for performance of the quality aspects of the role. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting quality assurance tasks to ensure the highest standard of rehabilitation service delivery
- Developing and updating supporting documentation and templates
- Providing specific account training to consultants
- Overseeing learning and development initiatives

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
- At least 3 years' experience working with ICare
- Previous experience updating and developing documentation and templates
- Ability to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes
- Previous experience managing your own billable case load

Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
