Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

At Gorilla Jobs, we are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Dubbo, Australia. This exciting opportunity offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to maintain a perfect balance between work and life.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting clients as they regain their independence and return to work through individualized strategies. As an Occupational Therapist with a passion for rehabilitation, you will be empowered to make a real impact while developing new skills in occupational rehabilitation.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing professional RTW advice and negotiating physical capacity upgrades
- Liaising with treating parties to drive claims forward and assist with onsite and remote RTW coordination
- Developing tailored RTW plans and communicating effectively with all stakeholders
- Delivering injury management and early intervention services while maintaining high standards of case management and reporting
- Fostering strong relationships with employers, insurance brokers, and clients to achieve positive outcomes
- Facilitating medical consultations, case conferences, and attending workplace meetings as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Australian recognized degree qualifications & registration in Psychology/Provisional Psychology or Rehab Counselling (AHPRA / ASORC)
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
