In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting clients as they regain their independence and return to work through individualized strategies. As an Occupational Therapist with a passion for rehabilitation, you will be empowered to make a real impact while developing new skills in occupational rehabilitation.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing professional RTW advice and negotiating physical capacity upgrades
  • Liaising with treating parties to drive claims forward and assist with onsite and remote RTW coordination
  • Developing tailored RTW plans and communicating effectively with all stakeholders
  • Delivering injury management and early intervention services while maintaining high standards of case management and reporting
  • Fostering strong relationships with employers, insurance brokers, and clients to achieve positive outcomes
  • Facilitating medical consultations, case conferences, and attending workplace meetings as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian recognized degree qualifications & registration in Psychology/Provisional Psychology or Rehab Counselling (AHPRA / ASORC)
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
