Senior Quality Assurance Specialist for New Employer Services in NSW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Quality and Capability Team. This is a rare opportunity to work with us and make a significant impact on the quality of rehabilitation service delivery at Work Rehab.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance tasks, including report QA, closure reviews, and file audits. You will also develop and update supporting documentation and templates to ensure they reflect current best practice and regulatory requirements.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our services and maintaining our high standards. Your expertise and knowledge will help us to deliver excellent results and achieve our goals.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in Sydney or any location in New South Wales. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and friendly team who share your values and commitment to excellence.
The successful candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology. You will have at least 3 years' experience working with ICare and a proven track record of updating and developing documentation and templates.
You will also have the ability to stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in workplace rehabilitation. Additionally, you will have previous experience managing your own billable case load, achieving targets, and outcomes.
