This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Partner, working on a commission-only basis. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in your network, introducing our software development services, and setting up initial conversations.

Our ideal candidate has strong communication and people skills, is self-motivated and proactive, and is comfortable using LinkedIn, email, or other channels to connect with people. If you have an interest in tech or startups, that's a plus, but not mandatory.

As a Business Development Partner, you will earn a percentage (10–30%) of every closed deal, with no cap on earnings – the more clients you refer, the more you earn. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, on your own schedule, and the chance to grow into a long-term paid position or regional manager role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to potential clients in your network, community, or industry
  • Introduce our software development services and set up initial conversations
  • Share client requirements with our team – we'll handle the technical follow-up
  • Earn commission on every successful deal you bring in
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude

  • Interest in tech or startups is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written + spoken)
