Sales development representative plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships. This full-time position requires exceptional communication skills, intelligence, and persistence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiating contact with potential clients through various channels
  • Identifying and matching client needs with relevant products or services
  • Qualifying both inbound and outbound leads
  • Becoming a product expert and brand ambassador for HTB for Business
  • Researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads
  • Developing lead generation strategies to schedule targeted appointments for the sales team

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a tech environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable interacting with strangers and building valuable relationships
  • Prior experience as a BDR or SDR or in another prospecting-related role is advantageous
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
