Key Account Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill this key account position. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new relationships and servicing existing ones across the region.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Gathering information on prospective clients, including company size, needs, and opportunities to add value.
  • Working closely with a Business Development Manager to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
  • Providing after-sales support to retain customers and respond to their queries promptly and accurately.
  • Building strong client relationships through regular communication and working together with the Business Development Manager to create customized sales plans for key clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a relevant sales role.
  • The ability to confidently manage client relationships and general day-to-day enquiries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as an ability to build strong relationships.
  • Good attention to detail when handling business development leads and managing projects from lead to delivery.
  • An interest in architecture and design.
  • The ambition to grow and develop existing client relationships through exceptional service and product counsel.
  • A basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
