About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our relationships with existing Accounting & Bookkeeping Partners.

Your primary objective will be to move partners through Xero's status by signing clients onto the platform, developing business plans with partners to enhance their online strategy, and managing within dedicated regions to recruit, educate, and grow the Xero Partner channel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining effective territory management through categorization and prioritization of new and existing Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners
  • Identifying sales opportunities to build a sales pipeline and running presentations at Xero sales events

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Knowledge of the workflow and challenges that small accounting firms face on a day-to-day basis
  • Small business Accounting software experience and accounting product knowledge
