
Building Relationships Account Manager

Drive business growth and customer satisfaction as a key account manager. Key responsibilities include developing service propositions, leading trade accounts, and collaborating with industry professionals to achieve sales, growth, and profit targets.
- Develop and improve customer service propositions in line with brand strategies
- Lead, maintain, and grow a portfolio of key trade accounts
- Collaborate with trade applicators, stores, commercial and residential builders, architects, strata's, and specifiers
Key qualifications include:
- Previous account management experience within the building materials market
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish trust with customers
- A proven record in building new relationships and growing existing business
- Current driver's license
