Position/Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – NetSuite Accounting

The Senior Executive will be part of Eka's Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • NetSuite Management: Oversee and manage the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring accurate financial data is maintained and updated regularly.
  • General Ledger Management: Handle all aspects of accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Support internal and external audits.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to finance team members on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process using NetSuite tools and reports.

Requirements

  • Education: M.Com/MBA finance/CA Inter is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years of experience using NetSuite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite integrations and customizations.
  • Experience in SAAS industry.
