  • System Administration: Maintain and manage finance business applications, including general system administration of ERP systems and processes.
  • Front-line Support: Provide timely and effective support for all finance tickets and operational issues for multiple systems, including NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur.
  • Ticket Management: Prioritize and execute activities independently via Freshservice/JIRA, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT and Finance teams to investigate system production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • User Access Provisioning: Lead multiple finance systems user access provisioning, updates, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Work hands-on to resolve technical/systems issues by investigating system configurations and integrations to other IT systems.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present to both Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual ticket resolution.
  • Incident Management: Collaborate with other technology leaders on the implementation and operation of Incident Management, Change Management.
  • Metrics Analysis: Analyze, create, and maintain metrics for governing around SLA.
  • SOX Compliance and Reporting: Engage in other areas of Finance such as SOX Compliance and Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably in any ERP Finance systems.
  • System Administration Certification: Basic knowledge of general system configurations in at least one NetSuite, Oracle, Coupa, or SAP Concur or Infor (ERP systems) is highly preferred.
  • ITIL Process Owner: 3 years of experience as ITIL Process owner managing and prioritizing tickets.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SDLC life cycle, spreadsheet applications, complex formula, and macro creation required (Excel - Macros, PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to learn complex distributed systems quickly and thoroughly, document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures, operate with high integrity and transparency, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
