Product Support Administrator Job Summary

Provide exceptional support to customers and sales staff regarding Wurth Australia products and systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Product Support team based in Dandenong South, where you will be responsible for:

  • Offering phone support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members for detailed analysis and troubleshooting
  • Assisting sales representatives and internal teams with technical information and navigating sales tools
  • Supporting the product team and stakeholders in identifying technical issues, collecting evidence, and providing satisfactory outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and analysing queries over the phone
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
  • A passion for delivering first-class customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
