Human Resources Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our site-based HR Team.

  • Provide advice and guidance to supervisors and managers on employment and industrial relations matters.
  • Partner with leadership teams to engage and support employees, fostering a positive workplace culture across the site.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR and Payroll matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to ensure alignment with site objectives.
  2. Assist in employee-related investigations and support the resolution of issues through facilitated discussions and meetings.
  3. Facilitate site-based leadership training as required and regularly present HR related information to leaders and teams.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  5. Administer high volume of contract variations for site-based employees, and facilitate the smooth transfer of employees between sites.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources space, preferably within resources sector.
  • Qualification or relevant work experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or similar.
