Lead a people and culture function that develops and implements strategies to support a strong, safe, respectful and inclusive workplace. This senior leadership role is part of the Executive Leadership Group, inspiring impactful organisational change and best practice legal services.
You are an experienced leader in people, culture and organisational development, with a passion for social justice and public service. You have delivered successful strategies that align with organisational goals and managed complex environments effectively.
The ideal candidate has relevant tertiary qualifications and deep knowledge of regulations, policies and best practices. You will lead organisational change, continuous improvement and create a positive work environment where all employees feel inspired, valued and supported.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to support a strong and inclusive workplace culture
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Collaborate with executive leaders to drive organisational change and best practice
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and senior HR leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals
- Deep knowledge of regulations, policies and best practices
