Commercial Client Acquisition Specialist

The company seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our commercial client base. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with facility managers and property groups, and securing long-term maintenance contracts.

">About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new commercial business leads and opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit professional proposals and tenders
  • Represent the company at industry and networking events
  • Track, report and forecast sales pipeline activity
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in facilities, landscaping or construction)
  • Strong network across property groups, FM firms or councils
  • A self-starter with a hunger to chase and close deals
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Understanding of service-based contracts and client retention strategies
  • Valid driver's license
