Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive business growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations, logistics, or transport sector, with a proven track record of achievement.

The role involves providing commercial leadership, overseeing financial modelling and analysis, and ensuring seamless handovers from new business to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of business strategies and related planning processes.
  • Influence and develop the broader commercial team to deliver growth objectives.
  • Oversee financial modelling, analysis, and rate proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Establish clear commercial handover protocols and contractual documentation.
  • Provide commercial support for tender responses, contract negotiations, and customer meetings.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CA/CPA desirable).
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain operations, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, KPI performance review, reporting, and commercial modelling.
  • Experience preparing CAM models, business cases, and board papers for approval.
  • High-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience managing a team of diverse and skilled professionals (highly desirable).
