Job Title: Insurance Sales Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on their insurance needs

  • Manage existing policies, claims and sales with strict timeframes
  • Support senior insurance advisers as needed
  • Participate in a rotational roster to ensure national phone coverage during operational hours
  • Communicate effectively, display personal resilience, problem solve and think innovatively
  • Prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments

Requirements:
