Role Overview

This position involves working as a Business Insurance Specialist with a leading life insurer. As a key member of the business unit, you will be responsible for facilitating phone and online enquiries, providing expert guidance to customers, and helping them understand their insurance options.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet monthly sales targets in an outbound call centre sales environment.
  • Facilitate positive customer experiences through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products to ensure they make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and generate quotes as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver efficient application processes.

Requirements:
  • Proven outbound call centre sales experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong sales methodologies that support exceptional customer experiences are essential.
  • Industry experience is valued, but the ability to learn quickly and proactively deliver outcomes is equally important.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Resilience in a dynamic environment is crucial.
