
Customer Support Administrator

This is a key position within our service department, supporting internal stakeholders and external service partners to deliver efficient job coordination, customer support, and administration.
- Allocate work orders to local agents, including raising purchase orders.
- Order and coordinate parts for company-requested work orders.
- Review and close completed service jobs (internal and external).
- Support the service account executive with preparing quotations.
- Raise and review purchase orders and invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding part returns and restock unused parts.
- Liaise with despatch for delivery coordination.
- Assist with Level 1 overflow, including customer inquiries and work order creation.
You will require:
- 3+ years' experience in service administration or a customer-facing administrative role.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a technical or trade service environment.
- A collaborative, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.
