Role overview

Reporting into the Customer Delivery Team Leader - Medical, the new Customer Support Administrator (CSA) will be based at our Notting Hill head office and enjoy flexibility, a healthy work-life balance, and have the option of hybrid working. The CSA is an internally focused role responsible for providing effective and timely support to the sales team, handling customer master data, and collaborating with system administrators to ensure system integrity is maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality data across all systems;
  • As a Key-User, provide front-line support for sales system related issues;
  • Collaborate with global and local IT teams to resolve technical problems;
  • Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and appropriate access levels;
  • Onboard new users and deactivate old users;
  • End-to-end setup of accounts for new customers;
  • Liaise with the sales team to update and validate customer information, manage account changes, and ensure the integrity of the data throughout the customer lifecycle;
  • Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations.
Qualifications / Ideal candidate
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar customer service role, preferably supporting sales activities;
  • Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs and ways to satisfy them;
  • Proven capability to handle multiple systems and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines during peak periods;
  • Moderate-to-high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems;
  • Exposure to SAP (desirable);
  • Ability to understand technical language;
  • Enthusiastic approach to innovation and technology;
  • Keen interest in improving and streamlining processes;
  • Resourceful, and self-starting approach;
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards;
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational and task management skills.
