Job Title: Transport Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Transport Operations Manager to join our team.

  • Lead a team of drivers and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe delivery of goods
  • Manage daily deliveries, fleet allocation, and driver performance
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, safety, and customer service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the transport operations industry
  • Demonstrated experience in fleet management, transport allocation, and cost control
  • Strong knowledge of Sydney, Newcastle/Canberra metro areas and surrounding regions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
