Specialised exhibition, project & fine art transportation courier company with a modern fleet of vehicles is seeking to appoint a talented & energetic Operations & Fleet Manager expanding our team of specialist freight movers based at our Matraville facility. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of three years' experience in a logistics based role & can display strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with a well-developed customer service focus mindset. Professional communication skills are a must.

As a key team member you will be involved in & responsible for tasks including, client liaison & high level customer service, logging bookings & monitoring shipment status. Updating clientele with expected delivery schedules & efficiently managing & allocating day to day ongoing work to our fleet of vehicles & drivers.

The successful applicant will be able to display the ability to work accurately, managing the daily work allocation of drivers and vehicles. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders & all staff in a professional and timely manner.

You will be customer focused, a good communicator & genuine team player. Good computer skills are a requirement including Excel, Word etc. Some experience using in-house Fleet / Freight data base an advantage.

This is a full time position with a competitive package.
