Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Operations Manager to lead our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transportation routes, pickup and delivery operations, and ensuring timely and safe vehicle movement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal functions/departments and external vendors to optimize transportation services and costs.
  • Monitor vendor performance, identify service gaps, and work towards improving performance.
  • Develop reports to showcase transportation volumes and service performance results.
  • Ensure all invoices are validated against actual moves and approved in a timely manner.
  • Analyze data to continuously improve transportation operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience with multi-car transporters and Google applications (docs, sheets).
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain a positive and enthusiastic team attitude.
