Human Resource and Placement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR and Placement Officer to join our organization. This is a unique opportunity to combine your human resources expertise with your passion for helping international students find employment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, providing guidance and support to employees, and assisting students with their job search and career development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes
- Provide expert advice on staffing and company issues
- Support managers with performance development planning
- Assist with all aspects of recruitment and selection of employees
For this role, you will require:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
