Job Description

We are seeking a talented Human Resources professional to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to management and employees.

Your primary role will be to provide effective human resource services, including recruitment assistance, personnel administration, and data management. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and provide support to managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also assist in coordinating relocation requirements for overseas employee placements and perform other tasks as required by management.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Evidence of exceptional ability
  • NV1 Security Clearance eligible preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills
  • Proven Ability to prioritize and manage work demands and deliver outcomes
