As a Return to Work Specialist in our Mental Injury team, you'll be a leader in identifying and delivering recovery and return-to-work outcomes for all injury claims within your claims team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing high-risk injury claims and supporting injured workers and employers with their recovery and return to health

• Supporting senior case managers with regular claim conferencing

• Identifying biopsychosocial risk factors leading to strategic recovery while achieving RTW goals

Qualifications:

• Workers Compensation scheme Claims Management experience or significant RTW knowledge and experience

• Knowledge of Mental Injury and/or Personal Injury Management concepts relating to Victoria's Workers Compensation Scheme

• Excellent customer service skills and experience

• Time management, administrative, and organisational skills

• Experience in leading people, teams, or key initiatives as well as coaching and mentoring skills
